Day 11 into Day 12… Buffooning & regrouping

I just reviewed my previous posts and realized I was very mixed up in my day numbers. They’ve been adjusted and all is correct now. I’m losing track of the time! And… where I am now? šŸ™‚

Yesterday, day eleven was a special day as I was booked for a Buffoonery Workshop in Hamilton. Five awesome women showed up (the perfect bouffon gang size) and we went on a wacky, profound journey. My friend Tom stayed for the duration. Between laughing and shaking his head in wonder, he filmed and photographed some special moments.

Here’s a short video he shot and edited: Buffoonery Workshops

We did the workshop at the Pearl Company Theatre in Hamilton. What an inspiring, welcoming performance and gallery space. My own bouffon, Madame Rouge, perked up when she saw the theatre space. Perfect for my one woman show, Dusty Shoes! Hmmm… I might have to return!

Actually, this marvelous new bouffon gang would like to continue so we’re all hoping I can do a day two on my way back across Canada.

I had planned to leave Dundas (where I’m staying) today (Day 12) but decided to rest, regroup, repack the car, check out the local gluten free bakery, see another friend, and get up super early tomorrow so as to by pass the scary morning Toronto traffic and head to Montreal.

Another sunny day welcomes me. Unbuckle! It’s time to go play with the goats!

(p.s. Dad is doing okay)

Some goat lovin'!
