Just wrote a really lengthy response and the damn machine ate it, which I take it to mean you weren’t supposed to get it and I wasn’t supposed to write it.
So, in closing, (!) I’m truly glad you’re working at something which may use up your emotional resources but at the same time enriches you artistically, spiritually and socially. Sounds like a pretty decent way to recuperate. Beats sitting in a bar and drinking alone. Unless said bar is in well… Bermuda, of course.
